Join us at Yum Sing House to celebrate Tasmanian whisky with 5 whiskies paired with a thoughtfully crafted 5 course dinner by our head chef Aiven Lee.
In collaboration with Launceston Distillery, we are bringing you a bespoke dining experience to taste & savour. Take a journey with us as we unveil the history behind Launceston’s first whisky distillery. Launceston distillery whisky is distilled using the finest Tasmanian ingredients and patiently matures in specially sourced barrels.
